Surakarta, 8 October 2026 – The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) held the international Three Minutes Research Presentation (3MRP) competition as part of the STEM Fair & Competition 2026 on Thursday, 8 October 2026. The competition was attended by 80 participants from five countries and seven universities, serving as a platform for developing scientific communication skills and exchanging innovative ideas at the international level.
The 3MRP challenged participants to present their ideas, innovations, or research findings in no more than three minutes in a concise, systematic, and communicative manner. Judging was based on mastery of the material, communication skills, visual presentation quality, timeliness, and the ability to answer questions.
Based on the jury’s assessment, the winners of the 2026 Three Minutes Research Presentation competition are:

Title: From Local Lime to Green Skills: Turning Local Resources into Community Products
These three works highlighted innovations in STEM and STEAM education, ranging from the use of renewable energy and the integration of artificial intelligence in learning to the development of sustainable skills based on local resources.
Through this competition, FKIP UNS seeks to strengthen the internationalization of higher education, encourage creativity and scientific communication, and expand academic collaboration networks across countries. The event is expected to serve as a means for the younger generation to continue developing innovations relevant to global challenges and sustainable development.
FKIP UNS congratulates all winners and expresses its appreciation to the 80 participants from five countries and seven universities who took part in the Three Minutes Research Presentation 2026.
