Surakarta, September 2024 – The STEAM Fair, held on Monday at Universitas Sebelas Maret, was a great success, attracting enthusiastic participation from students across Indonesia. Organized by the International Office of FKIP UNS and the FKIP STEAM Center, the event featured 153 contestants from Surakarta, Cianjur, and Madura.
The event, opened by the Dean of FKIP UNS, Dr. Imam Sujadi, M.Si., included competitions for participants ranging from elementary school to university level, fostering creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. Students tackled various challenges and used learning media designed by students from the Learning Media course, creating an engaging and educational atmosphere.
This event was led by Prof. Dr. Sri Marmoah. Participants also explored digital learning media designed by FKIP students, with some teachers requesting to use these tools in their schools.
