

Surakarta, September 16th, 2025 – The prestigious STEM FAIR Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) 2025 officially came to a close with resounding success. The highlight of the event was the announcement of winners from three major competitions: Tangible Rangers, Lesson Plan, and 3-Minute Research Presentation, all of which underwent rigorous evaluation by experts in their respective fields.




This year’s event served as a vibrant platform for healthy and constructive competition, bringing together outstanding talents from diverse levels—ranging from elementary school students at the national stage to researchers competing on an international scale. The quality of works and innovative ideas presented reflected a bright future for science and technology.
Here are the official winners from each competition category:
STEM FAIR UNS 2025 Winners
1. 3-Minute Research Presentation (International Level)
A competition that challenged researchers to deliver their studies effectively within a short time frame before a global audience.
- 1st Place: Jhon Lloyd A. Balboa – Aklan State University, Philippines
- 2nd Place: Queenie Dawn G. Alibuyog – Mariano Marcos State University, Philippines
- 3rd Place: Endyas Miftakhuljannah – Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia
2. Lesson Plan Competition (National Level)
A creative arena for educators to design innovative and applicable STEM-based lesson plans.
- 1st Place: Hesty Ummi Wulandari (Universitas Sebelas Maret) & Henrisa Rizqie Romandoni (SMPN 1 Plumbon)
- 2nd Place: Mohammad Alex Firdaus (SMAN 1 Giri, Banyuwangi) & Herdan Wahyu M. P. (Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya)
- 3rd Place: Russasmita Sri Padmi (Johannes Kepler University Linz) & Nurma Zuni Setyowati (SMP Negeri 3 Surakarta)
3. Tangible Rangers Competition
A platform for young learners to demonstrate problem-solving skills and technological innovation from an early age.
- Elementary School Level:
- 1st Place: SD Negeri 2 Purwosari Wonogiri
- 2nd Place: UPTD SDN Arosbaya 1
- 3rd Place: MIM PK Bendo Boyolali
- Junior High School Level:
- 1st Place: SMP Negeri 4 Surakarta
- 2nd Place: SMP IT Nurhidayah Surakarta
- 3rd Place: SMP Negeri 3 Surakarta
- Senior High School Level:
- 1st Place: SMK Negeri 1 Cianjur
- 2nd Place: Suria Harapan School
- 3rd Place: SMA Negeri Kebakkramat
