

Thursday, August 14, 2025, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) held a strategic meeting with the Centre for Innovative Delivery & Learning Development (CIDL) of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. The discussion aimed to explore and strengthen academic, research, and community engagement collaborations between the two institutions.

The meeting covered several key areas of cooperation:
- Exchange of Students, Faculty, and Administrative Staff
- Mobility programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Teaching practicum opportunities for education students
- Academic exchange programs for faculty, including visiting professors and guest lectures
- Joint Research Collaboration
- Collaborative research projects in mutually agreed focus areas
- Joint supervision of postgraduate theses and dissertations
- Co-authorship and publication in reputable journals
- Sharing of research facilities and laboratories
- Community Engagement and Service
- Joint community service programs such as rural development and sustainability initiatives
- Volunteer-based activities to support local communities
- Joint Academic Events
- Co-hosting of international conferences, seminars, and symposia
- Joint workshops, webinars, and professional training programs
- Curriculum and Program Development
- Development of joint or double degree programs
- Credit transfer schemes for selected courses
- Collaborative creation of online courses and MOOCs
- Institutional Cooperation
- Collaboration in achieving international ranking and accreditation standards
Representing the FKIP UNS leadership, Prof. Dr.paed. Nurma Yunita Indriyanti, S.Pd., M.Si., M.Sc., along with the FKIP UNS International Office team, attended the meeting. Both parties expressed optimism that this partnership would lead to impactful academic and societal contributions, fostering greater international engagement in education.
